乳酪奶香麵包

高筋麵粉280g
干酵母5g
鹽3g
鮮奶油15g
牛奶80g
奶油70g
雞蛋1顆
蛋黃3g
蘭姆酒6g
乳酪塊180g


[b]作法[/b]
1 將過篩的麵粉,干酵母,白砂糖,鹽,鮮奶油,牛奶,蘭姆酒倒入揉麵袋中揉麵至出筋.

2 加入放於室溫下軟化的奶油,一直到表面光滑不黏手後,覆蓋保鮮膜等待第一次發酵完成.

3 麵糰漲2~3倍大後,表示第一次發酵完成.將麵糰約50g分一小球.

4 將麵糰稍微壓扁後將15g乳酪粒放在中間,用麵糰包住乳酪粒然後揉圓.

5 將包好餡的麵糰放在鋪好烤盤紙的烤盤上(要空些距離),覆蓋保鮮膜,等待第2次發酵,時間1小時.

6 將麵糰放進預熱180度的烤箱烤約15分鐘就完成瞜!
